General terms and conditions of sale

The payment for orders placed on the website is exclusively made by credit card.

Information such as ID card can be required for orders exceeding 200 euros.

By confirming an order on line on the website customers understand and agree to the terms and general conditions of sale.

They accept the specifications of each product without reserve ( for example: weight,length,price,colour,etc..)

Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic description is accurate.However,there may be slight variations of colours in the actual product. Customers accept these possible differences without reserve.


Delivery charges depend on the weight of the goods and are automatically calculated by the web site. Customers confirm that they have taken note of the transportation cost and they accept them without reserve.

Deliveries are made by Colissimoor by other transportation company.

The delivery period is from 5 to 8 working days approximatively. This approximate deadline can be longer, if goods are not available, if transportaion is delayed, or if destination is remote.

Une maille à l'endroit cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of orders,and cannot be held responsible if there is a delay in the transportation or si the parcels are temporarely blocked in the transportation chain.

No refund will be accepted in this regard.

Every defect concerning delivery (ej damaged parcel) must be mentioned by the customer on the delivery form and a claim must be sent to the transportation company by registered letter with recorded delivery within 2 days after delivery. A copy of the claim must be sent by the customer to Une Maille à l'endroit.

 Une Maille à l'endroit cannot be held responsible for these problems.

If an item is not available, or if Une Maille à l'endroit cannot send goods for any reason, the company can decide either to cancel the order and refund the customer (via credit card), or to propose to the customer a new deadline by mail or phone. The customer can either accept the new deadline, or prefer to cancel the order. In that case he ou she will be completely refunded (by credit card).

The availability mentioned on the website is indicative and tentative. Some items menntioned as available can be out of stock.

Customers must respect following deadlines to declare non conforming items: 3 working days for national deliveries (France) and 7 working days for international deliveries. The deadline is calculated starting from the delivery date mentioned on the parcel.

Before returning non conforming or damaged items, the customer must obtain a return form from Une Maille à l'endroit. The customer will be held responsible for the return of these goods. Damaged or non conforming items must be returned in their original packing.

Customers will be refunded, after deducting real transporttaion costs.

In case of parcels returned to the company for such reasons as mistaken address, refused parcel, etc... , customers will pay for transportation return fee.

Some international orders can be subject to specific fees and taxes such as customs taxes or any other specific local taxes. Customers will pay for them.
